Q:

Is this a time share?

A: 

No, we are not a time share. All our properties are individually owned and operated. You would utilize the space just as you would a regular hotel or an Air BnB facility. In fact we are also are also hosted on Air BnB,  and you would get a better long term rate BOOKING with us.

 Q:

I like your space, but I am interested in group bookings for an event or for my wedding?

A:

Please send us a query using the CONTACTS form. We will respond within 2 hrs or less.

 

 Payment Information

Q:

Do you accept international credit cards?

A:

Currently Vaykashun.com cannot accept international credit cards however we are working on it, and this feature will be available soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q:

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

A:

No. At this time Vaykashun.com does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Q:

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A:

No.

Important Sales Tax Information If USA based.

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

Do you use PayPal

A:

Yes. At this time all our payments are processed by PayPal, the safer way to pay, knowing that your details are never shared. Payments can be made via paypal using credit cards or your PayPal account. Further information on PayPal's email, encryption, and other protections services that we use can be found here.

What is your payment policy?

A:

Payments must be made at time of booking to guarantee your Reservation!! Ensure Accuracy, please check your check-in and check-out dates before confirming your selection, as well as your email address and other contact details requested. If your purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation email of the details of your purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

A:

Cancellation: Our site subscribes to the following types of cancellation policies and fees. These are (1) Cancellation free of charge up until cancellation window – which means that if you cancel your reservation within 2 days before your date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  (2) Non-refundable or No Cancellation – meaning that if you cancel your reservation, at any later point in time after the 2-day free cancellation window, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged 100%. You are responsible to pay the total price.

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

A:

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. Logistics

Q:

How do I get to you ?

A:

You would fly into either MBJ, Montego Bay airport in Jamaica or KIN, Norman Manley International Airport. MBJ is recommended !!  You would have to make your own travel arrangements to get to us. Transportation is available from the MBJ airport via various Global rental car agencies, taxis, or other public transportation; Showcase Jamaica Tours,  Knutsford Express or JUTA Tours.

The Knutsford Express terminal is at the airport (Departure time to Ocho Rios seems to be every 4 hrs so be sure to plan your flight accordingly). The bus stops 3 mins walking distance away from SandCastles Holiday in Ochi.!!

You can also use JUTA tours, also available at MBJ and KIN airports. Just let the driver know that your destination is for SandCastles Resorts, Ocho Rios.!! 

Outbound, you would use the websites provided to make your pickup arrangements. 

I do hope to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable, however if there is anything I can do to make your stay more pleasurable please let me know. Have a wonderful trip back home and I sincerely hope to see you again. 

 

p.s I could also make special arrangements to pick you up from MBJ and return you to MBJ. I would need @ least 48 hrs notice prior to your arrival or departure.
